Donovan!
Like I mentioned in class, Donovan was huge, as big as Dylan at the point of Don't Look Back (though by the 70s and beyond he was dwarfed by Dylan's fame). Here are his two most popular songs:

These voices are iconic. They never really go away, even as these artists get older. The fans grow old along with the artist and share the music with friends and family which bring back reminiscing memories of their youths. If for any reason at all, Barbara Streisand or Tina Turner decided to have a tour, fans of that style of music would come from everywhere to support their favorite artist. No matter how old the voice may sound. It becomes more than a comfort for the fans. The music brings back memories,
